You’re working so hard and kept on thinking about things and
the future ahead of you that you forget to give yourself a break. Yes, give yourself a break. Get a
little crazy. Go somewhere and have fun…or lie on the couch and listen to your
favorite song. Because no matter how unstoppable you think you are in terms of
achieving your goals/dreams in life, you still need a break.
Do not over work, it’s okay to feel
tired—it’s part of being human. But you must also understand that your
humanness is not limited to your physicality, the mind has to stop worrying and
thinking too. Taking good care of your body doesn’t mean taking good care of
yourself. You need to see the balance between both the body and mind. Don't be so hard on yourself! Hence, to
give yourself a break is not simply taking a body rest but also having a rest
in the mind. Yes, "you can do anything but NOT everything"!
